At Finding Focus, I create a safe and supportive space for awareness and insight — helping you slow down, clear and calm your mind and body, and focus on what matters most to you.
Through breathwork, coaching, and real conversation, we explore your thinking, beliefs, and emotions — learning how to move through what you feel, rather than getting stuck in it.
This work is about coming home to yourself — in a way that’s both grounded and deeply transformative.In a world that pulls us outward, it’s easy to become disconnected from your body, your clarity, and what actually matters.

I take the time to listen deeply and meet you where you’re at — whether you need space to explore, tools to support you, or structure to move forward.
You can work with me through individual sessions, tailored coaching packages, breathwork, or leadership development through the i4 Neuroleader™ program.
However we work together, the intention is the same: to help you build awareness, move through what’s holding you back, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
